ClearPath Technology Advisors

Approach

Results, not reports.

Most advisors hand over a recommendation and leave. We find the value, negotiate for it and stay through implementation, so it reaches your P&L and stays there.

Method

Discover. Optimize. Execute.

The same disciplined sequence on every engagement, tailored to your estate, your contracts and your priorities.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

We inventory spend, contracts and usage across cloud, SaaS, telecom, security and infrastructure to establish a single defensible baseline.

    • Reconciled spend baseline
    • Contract and renewal register
    • Usage and redundancy analysis
  2. Step 2

    Optimize

We benchmark, rationalize and renegotiate, reducing cost, risk and vendor complexity without disrupting the business.

    • Savings roadmap, ranked by value and effort
    • Negotiation strategy per supplier
    • Consolidation plan
  3. Step 3

    Execute

We implement alongside your team, run the negotiations and RFPs, and report realized value in terms a board recognizes.

    • Signed agreements
    • Realized-savings ledger
    • Board-ready summary

Questions

What leaders ask us.

What exactly does ClearPath do?

We help CIOs and CISOs see their full technology spend, remove what isn’t earning its keep, and renegotiate what remains. Then we stay through implementation so the savings reach the P&L.

We already have tools that report on spend. Why would we need you?

Tools show you data. We turn it into decisions: which contracts to renegotiate, which tools to retire, which suppliers to consolidate. Then we carry those decisions through negotiation and implementation.

Our environment is complex. Can you handle it?

Complex estates are where we do our best work: multi-vendor environments, hybrid cloud, legacy systems and post-merger portfolios.

How much of my team’s time will this take?

Very little. We work as an extension of your team and do the heavy lifting. Mostly we need access to contracts and invoices, plus a few conversations with the people who own them.

How quickly will we see results?

Most clients see the first measurable savings within weeks. In one engagement we surfaced $330,000 a year in seven days.

Do you advise, or do you execute?

Both. We lead negotiations and RFPs and oversee implementation with your team. You make every final decision.

Is this a one-time audit?

It doesn’t have to be. A Command engagement provides ongoing governance, renewal management and board reporting, so savings don’t erode.

How much does this cost?

Every engagement is scoped to the size and complexity of your environment. We’ll outline scope and investment after a briefing.
